Maintenance plan
Two visits a year.
Planned: $220 a year, paid $110 after each visit, nothing in advance. Repairs never included. No auto-renew. Sign-ups open once the paperwork is complete.
- Diagnostic fee waived on calls in between
- Spring AC and fall furnace service, scheduled for you
- Priority scheduling in heat waves and cold snaps
- Filters swapped both visits (MERV 8 or 11)
- Written system report each visit

Under $1,000. No permit.
Why $1,000? It's California's limit for work done without a contractor's license (B&P §7048).
Not us
Call a licensed C-20 contractor for:
- System replacements and new installs
- Ductwork replacement or new runs
- Gas line alterations
- Anything requiring a building permit
- Any job whose total, across every invoice, would reach $1,000We don't split jobs to get under the line.
System done? Pay the $89 and get the names of two licensed C-20 contractors. No referral fee.
